Katherine Cutts Dugan was an inspiration to many. She touched and helped people from all walks of life. Her wisdom truly was far and beyond any precious jewel. Truth & honor were the clothing she not only wore but passed on to others. She was one not to have a hand out, but help out by always lending her hand. Her personal motto was “If I could Help Somebody”. Truly she lived each day to do just that. Sis.
